you can convert Items to get Crystals.

you can upgrade 2 Crystals for 1 of the next higher tier. 2 Calcite for 1 Angelite.

you can downgrade 1 Crystal for 1 of the next lower tier. 1 Angelite for 1 Calcite

you can go to the Shop and get Crystals there.
