Flat seappn damage roll question

Hey guys!

By using topaz to get 5000weapon damage, is it only possible to roll it on MH and OH or it is possible to roll it on every items?

35 topaz roll and still cant get one on my chest piece

You can only roll epic weapon damage on Main hand and Offhand Weapons.

@Tokiba for Chest, Head, Ring, Amulet and Pet, you can put flat ED+5000. :smile:
