Is there any type of gear that has an easier time rolling specific affixes - e.g. (block/armor) on shield.
Or can ANY type of gear piece roll ANY affix in its available affix-pool(excluding other class specific affixes)with no higher chance of anything over someting else?

Mainhand and offhand weapons can only roll heroic skills for the skills that would normally be on them and block can only be rolled on warrior offhands that’s it as far as I can remember 
about the title however I do not know but I imagine quite soon

I could roll it on Rogue’s Offhand (Epix Affix in my case).
Ah thank you! should be a bug it was changed a while back to only be for warriors
Yep, that’s what I’ve remembered too! 
For once we can have more then one person report the same bug in the bugs tab
