this is based on my Ascending Chakram Rogue. 6 spaces have Quest Mythstones for more experience. I am getting all 6 Perks for my Rogue.

Chest Talent: Celerity makes the Boomerang Chakrams move faster while Mutilate gives more damage if you have Multi Attack +1 or higher and/or Extra Attack Chance +1 or higher. I have Multi Attack +2 with Mutilate.

Head Talent: Relentless. the lower the enemy HP, the more damage you do.

Ring Talent: Blindside. lots more damage to enemies when the Chakram returns to the caster.

Amulet Talent: Razored gives a chance for enemies to Bleed for 10 seconds. WhirlingBlades has extra Bleed damage if you choose Razored. DeadEye gives a chance for Deadly Strike. Deadly Strike is a chance for Damage From a Critical Hit to be doubled. all Characters start with a chance to do +50% Critical DMG or 1.5x damage. on a Deadly Strike that would be 3x damage! I’m using Razored to get Bleed damage.

Periphery Set: this gives a chance for an extra Chakram to return when any Chakram returns to the caster. Periphery Chakrams are the same as WhirlingBlades Chakrams and are affected by WhirlingBlades Skill Points. (I’ve used this before, but I didn’t have the space for it on this Build)

Legend Mirror Cast: a +25% chance for a cast Spell to be cast 1 second later for free. can’t be rolled with Ruby. goes really good with Periphery!

Elements Set (5): a +37.5%chance for a cast Spell to be cast 1 second later for free with a different Element. goes really good with Periphery! (my Aether Slime Pet has the Elements Set)

Living Force Set (5): the Returning Chakrams do +100% more damage. goes really good with Blindside Talent.

Weaken affix: +90% or +120% depending on how much space you have. more damage. you could use Ignore Resist instead because it only takes up one space. the choice is yours. this Build has +90% Weaken.

Arcane Element: enemies are not Resistant or Immune to Arcane Element, but may be Greatly Resistant, but that is what Weaken or Ignore Resist is for. doesn’t cause Effective Damage.

Orbit: this is the Elemental Critical for Arcane Element. a magical sphere appears next to the caster and then spins away, causing 100% damage to any enemies hit. Orbit is affected by Living Force Set which causes Orbit to do +100% damage to any enemies hit when spinning back to the spot it started from. similar to WhirlingBlades & Scalp Skill mechanics. Orbit has the same chance for Critical Hits, Bleed Chance, and Crushing Blow as the Rogue (I don’t have Crushing blow on this Build). if an attack does 10 million damage, Orbit will do 10 million damage to each enemy hit.

Legend Celestial: Orbit does +100% more damage. I have 2 of these.

Defiant Set: I got this with Ragnarok Chakram to get Legend +200% Weapon DMG. the +25% damage is nice, and I get more damage when my HP goes down.

Smoke Screen Set: I can cast SmokeBomb on a random enemy up to 15 yards away. this is on my OH, the Miasma Bomb Item. it also has Legend +200% Weapon DMG so my SmokeBomb does more damage.

Electrified Set and +250% Reflect Damage: I’m farming for experience on floor 100. if I’m careful, most monsters can’t kill me in one hit. anytime I’m hit by an enemy, I do Reflect Damage to all enemies within 25 yards of my Rogue. the 25 yard range is from Electrified Set, which also increases the damage of Reflect Damage.

+50% Critical Chance.
+150% Critical Damage.
+70% Arcane Element DMG (10% from Elements Natures)
+40% MP Reduce on each Weapon. lowers Skill costs by 40% for the weapon it is on.
+7500 HP so I can survive.
+75% Luck & Gold Find. a little more treasure while I am leveling up.
+500 HP Regen. for survival.

Skill Points (level 75):
10 Boomerang
05 Vault
10 WhirlingBlades
10 SmokeBomb
10 Strength
10 Dexterity
10 Intelligence
10 Fortune

Exposed Mythic: this is on my Chest Item and gives +50% more damage to enemies that are Pierced. Boomerang and WhirlingBlades Pierce enemies, so any other attacks after the first does extra damage. this is my only Mythic affix on this build.

my other Rogue that has all 6 Perks, and that still has most of the same builds used for Ascending, except for no Quest Mythstones…

no Set Affixes and a lot of Myth Stones.
Mythic Affixes:
Earthquake on Chakram
BloodMagic on Bomb
Skilled on Chest
Recover on Head
Effective on Ring
Sanctuary on Amulet.

it’s Poison Element and has +100% Bleed DMG, but is about the same as the other.
