How did 3 characters disappear?

I’m playing I’m playing I’ve taken a break from playing I’m going in and I don’t have a character, someone can help me explain and when I entered a new character in pvp stories, my characters are there, but there is no damn on my account, I would like to get them back

You should download your save game data from the dq account system. The PVP arena does not store your characters for download. Only the DQ account system will let you download the save game data you upload.
