Finally made it to 99 but cant access talents screen
Talent screen - How to ascend or Screen where you use your hero points?
Ah, ok.
This screen gives a breakdown of some of the talents each of the classes can get. These are added to your character through item affixes. Items will give you each of these in various amounts and this screen recaps how much you have of each.
You can check your items from the inventory screen and when you touch on your items “info box” and look at their detailed info screens you will see if you have any of these talents.
