@ZenX you mean Bomb (Vault) with Permafrost?

look for Warrior Shield (Rime) it has Permafrost Set. then using Jasper, convert it to Rogue. thats it.

Permafrost can be rolled with Amethyst, so that is another way to get the Set, especially if you are looking for a Bomb, or Shield & Orb (with Jasper) that have a Legend affix that can’t be rolled with Ruby. like Mirrorcast or +100% ED.
