How to use skills from other classes?

I’ve seen videos of classes using heroic skills that they shouldn’t have.

Also, the “orb” thing everyone’s talking about is confusing. I thought “orb” was a skill only “sword” on wizard has? How come other classes can get orb on the offhand skill slot?

You can use a crystal to change an items special skill . In other words, its secondary skill

Battle Mage, Scoundrel and Spell Sword also lets you use skills from different classes
