Lets say i have 5000 shock damage on all my pieces of equipment. Would it be better to add only some 100% shock damage red affixes or is it better to stack push limit and glasscannon instead?

Is there a cap for those 100% shock damage?

I think pushthelemit and glascannon to get 100% shock DMG.

2x Push the limit, 1 Barbarian is enough.
