Short answer: No we are not killing DQ 
We are a small independent studio and we don’t have enough resources to split between the two games. As it stands now we have tripled the amount of people working on our follow up game. DQ was made (and maintained) by two people. Now all 6 of us are working full time on another title. That is why our updates for DQ have been slow.
We still support the game and are always available to help players with issues.
DQ will get a small holiday update this month with some vanity items and other freebies as well.
