good. But you could change element to ICE or POISON. Arcane dmg is fine, but no bonuses are added. (Ice=50% slow down, Fire=change to ignition, Lighting=Change to stun, Poison=80% deal dmg over 6 secound.).

disregard the other elements… they are useless…
try to focus on ice (with frostbite+permafrost) combo
or
poison with (plagued+elemcrit) combo…
other than that…
there’s no good element… lel :I
Thanks for the hints, I do have a question; there have been a few elite creatures that I have run into that “appear” to be immune to Storm… I can repeatedly cast this on them and there will be absolutely no damage numbers, generally I work with teleport, shatter, and barrage to kill them am I crazy or are certain creatures immune to certain skills?

I general no one should be immune from a skill. They may have so much health that the damage that the skill deals is to small to notice. Do you remember the enemy that was immune?
i only experience immune to ice…
to a specific skill, i havent bump into one yet…
or im thinking maybe he is on a fight with a bugged carto… thats why OH skills dont affect the bugged carto… but he said storm so its a MH… hahah… or maybe a storm proc…
