All his item are eternal and they have full opt and defian main hand is wand?

@DORAEMON he used Jasper Crystal to change the class of the wand to Wizard from one of the other classes, so that is ok, but High Voltage shouldn’t be on that, as the Crystal to put that there can’t be used on Eternal items. go ahead and send this over to the [Reports Only] Report Cheaters & Hackers thread, and a Dev will take a look at it.
I just looked in the Codex, and all the Mutiny’s have the same affixes no matter what the class, so the Legend % ED is the only thing Legit on there.
