I was trying to recover my Wizard lvl 99 because I dissolved it when I tried do download my acount in the storage then my wizard named ELEMENTUS gone :(( help me recover it pleasseeeeeee :((((

I think I read something on the main page about character restore, it should be in big bold letters “Account Issues” Read here first" read the post and hopefully you’ll get your character back.
