My second char doesn't have bosses and maps

Is that correct that my second char doesn’t meet any boss on any floor or can’t buy any map?

Quick question!

Is your new char above floor 20?

Not yet, Level 21, floor 12.
I guess that’s the issue.

But all portals that leads to the next floor are wide open without a boss, I don’t remember they being like that on the first char.

One of the tips is “After floor 20, level guardians will be out in full force”. Something like that anyway.

This is not a bug, but feature-by-design: floors 1-20 don’t hav floor bosses (and no cartographers and challenge maps either) and have smaller map sizes.

Thank you Ircher, I reached Floor 20 and now it let me buy maps.
