Good day. I’m having a problem of uploading my current character.
i attempted to upload my new character to my account but it says “You cannot upload this account data when data on the server already exists. download before uploading or contact Support for Hepl.” I dont want to download it coz i know if im going to download it my current character will be lost and will be replaced with my old character. I really want my new character and i dont want my old character anymore is there anyone that can remove my old character to my account so i cant upload my new character? i want to replace my old character to my current character please help me.
