This could be caused by a few things:

  1. Not using the most updated version of the game from Apple, Amazon, or Google App store

  2. Did not consent to user data policy. In order to play in the arena you need to upload your save game data. you need to give us permission to use the email address you provided with that data. NOTE the ONLY personal data we have of our players is the email address you provide when you create the DQ Account.

  3. Have not upload your save game data to the DQ Account system before trying to play in the arena.

  4. Internet issues?!?
