For me that I am new to the game, I have a wizard level 86 and I have reset it once, is it possible to create another char or is it better to focus only on the magician? And if it is possible to create another char to play together, which one to create?
Yeah, u can create another one but u have to buy a character slot. And yes, its good idea to play with 2 characters, u get +100% item and additional form of damage as ur hireling is going to help u 
Class is just a matter of preference, u ll probably end up getting both if u get hooked

Better to get all Characters to get all LegendEX per character so you can create Set Builds
