Please kindly correct me if I am wrong.
1.Paralyze = Stun ?
2.High Voltage works with both Paralyze & Stun (Electric elemental Crit damage)?
3.My rogue has Stagger talent (Stun chance) but not elemental crit change affix does it work with High Voltage?
