Try converting(Jasper) a Rage or Iceburn item into Rogue. This might get a Frozen item.

Iā€™m using the rogue at floor 130+ random ice map floor.[emoji6]

So Iā€™ve got me a nice Frozen affix and +4 to sets, but I donā€™t see any effect. Is an ice weapon all that you need, or is there something more specific required to freeze enemies?

must freeze enemies, the one trapped by the ice, not only chilledā€¦
you need elemental.crit to freeze enemiesā€¦

Yeah, that was what I thought. Thatā€™s pretty annoying to get on a rogue.

350+?

oh no

350+? Not at all, Saikm. I got a natural Frozen piece from somewhere in the mid 200s, and Iā€™ve rolled several by adding set affix to other gear. The proc rate with Frozen seems a bit weird, though. It doesnā€™t appear to always work.
