Since root and slow are currently almost completely useless in arena I thought I would propose a way of making them more powerful so that silence doesn’t reign complete King but would probably still king let’s be real here : P
Root buff: does exactly the same thing except all movement abilities used cannot move you from that spot they still do damage just as much damage and have there aoes and such but you cannot move from that spot
Slow buff: still does the same thing except puts all skills on their cooldown doubles that cooldown one time and makes all procs happen half as often for the duration of the slow
