So earthshatter does 800% damage. I have it leveled to 18 which gives +95% damage. So is it now doing 895% or 1520%?
it is 800 x 1.95 = 1560. umm, 18 would mean it is +90%, so you got the 1520% right, and the 95% wrong.
it is 800 x 1.9 = 1520.
this is why many players focus on 1 or 2 skills by getting them to 40 points, which gives +200% damage for the skill. so for Earthshatter, 800 x (1 + 200%) = 2,400% damage.
