i have 2 elemental crit 30%
on the all stat page it says its capped at 40%
on the skill page it says elemental crit (immolate) 60%, not capped
which one is it?

the Stat Page is considered to be referring to Wizards Wizardry Talent by most players, as it is possible to get to +100% Elemental Crit. but that isn’t a good thing unless you can kill your enemies fast, as all enemies build up a resistance to Elemental Crits after about 5 Elemental Crits.
