Suggestions for classes!

Hello everyone! Lordnewb here again. You MAY know me from my awfully long review i wrote! If you have not read it yet, i suggest you do! Why? Well the reason is simple, if your friend needs some convincing slap em’ in the face with that review, not to be taken literally. With that out of the way let’s get started, shall we? So the first class that came to my mind is a ‘Mechanist’ he has poor strength, barely able to do any damage with melee weapons. However he is skilled in the arts of invention! He uses steam powered tools to build turrents or even use a weapon simillar to a flamethrower, just that it shoots very, very hot steam! Or maybe he could use a ‘pressure blade’ a blade which relies on the pressure of steam to propel it fast enough to do devestating damage! Another class that i would like is the ‘Summoner’. The summoner is like a wizard, only that she specialises in the arts of summoning! Maybe her attacks are swarms of bees she summons and propels at her enemies or a rock creature that follows her movements like a puppet! Maybe even summoning a clone of her enemies! Maybe her ‘weapons’ could be a ‘Beast Puppet’ which is the rock puppet. A ‘Hive Oil’ an oil which she uses on her palm, giving her the ability to summon bees. And finally the ‘Reflection Cape’ a cape which when spread out at the direction of a specific enemy, clones them. To balance out the cloning thing, cloned enemies only last for a few seconds before vanishing and deal 50% less damage. Well, feel free to give YOUR ideas!

they are not going to add a new class anytime soon because it takes a lot of time to develop it and shinybox doesn’t have the enough personnel for that.

I am aware of that, i’m just SUGGESTING ideas for the future. I am not in anyway, forcing them to make a class. I’m just SUGGESTING something that was in my head and is what i think is awesome. It’s like preparing for a disaster that has a 2% chance of happening. It has a low chance but when it happens you know what to do. And when they have the time, resources and manpower to add a class, the early suggestions may be used.

However, I would like to see class evolving, like wizard lvl 20 unlocks Mage, or something like that :smile:

Learn programming. Create your own game and classes. Then you’ll understand the work involved.

I like Diieter’s suggestion, but why 20, should be more like lv 99 or heroic 50.

Some idea/suggestion.
Evolve unlock after reach lvl 20. but the evolve @awakening point will only can be gain from killing lagend(3 point) and mythic (10 point) only.

The point can be use for active class talent (example: wizard [elemental, arcmage and necro]. for example by putting 10 awakening point in wizard arcmage awakenin spell maniac (just a random name) it will activate passive chance by 10% to triple cast skill.

Just the idea… idk if this insane or not… But i hope i can be any help in future.
