Pets can have TALENTS on their affixes right? Now, if a talent is for example RECLAIM +1, which is for wizards, so 1% chance to cast summon skull on attack. If i equipped this pet on my rogue and i have 2 gears socketed with +4 all talents. Shall i have a 9% chance to cast summon skull? Or not really? 
Coz Im doing this and canāt cast any skull, I just need confirmation coz im thinking 1% is not that high to cast or proc it. Or im just silly enough to think that I can do it.

They can add ranks to talents you have, yes. GRANTING you that talent if itās not your class, then no, not that Iām aware of.
