Tip 38 -Rehire Hireling

TIP 38 = Be careful, if you die in a BOSS while you have a Hireling you will have to REHIRE them!

  • does this include the Legend (when you Kill 50 Epic enemies) and Mythic (when you Kill 10 Legend enemies) boss? Or just the boss after every 5th floor?
  • And is it means that you have to pay for the Hireling again?

Why would you do that when it buffs your drop rate and all that good stuff? Just don’t let it die. I recommend giving it a fairy pet.

Do you have limited gold to hire hireling again? Resurrect hireling is much cheaper than resurrecting player control character.

Hireling needs to have good equipment for giving damage and staying alive. You can decrease much loss on gold (or have good source of income) if your hireling stay alive longer.

You should switch to play as hireling to check if he can use all skills and has enough hp, mp leech.
mp reduce affix may help hireling

You can access the hireling’s properties by hitting the icon in the upper right corner with his face. With a gamepad, it’s R3, pushing down on the right stick (like it is a button).
