+ to all talents

  • to all talents does not seem to work properly. It only adds to other talents that are currently increased by other affixs/items. Either the description should be changed to be less misleading, or the skill should be fixed if the original intent was to add to ALL talents.

Original intent is just to boost the talents that you have.

So… “+ All Talents ( that you have )” would be better :smile:

Will update the description when viewing item detail to reflect that better, thanks for pointing it out!
