Affixes in pvp

I’m wondering about the caps in PvP of the small numbers affixes like multi attack extra attack all sets etc… Are all of these capped at 2 or at 4? Like if I have a nadroji ring and ammy with 2 elixirs will my sets be at 5 or at 3 in pvp?
