This is practically like my build. Although you wont reach 81% block with that. Remove adventurer and replace it with Epiphany. Add another +10 bulwark also, for a total of +20 bulwark to add another +20% of block.

I have 1 more +10 bulwark on my momentum pet. I got the epiphany set affix before that advrnturer. I guess its a bad idea to change it to adventurer
