Not sure what you mean. Are you trying to log in with an account that has not been created yet? What issue are you seeing on your end? (sorry I do not understand the context of this screen shot)
@tdaniel i have no idea why this happened. i opened DQ and its like doing a reset/clear data. but i didn’t. i dont know why.

ahh, now that I see this post, it makes more sense. looks like a glitch from lag maybe?
