Whats the arena max push the limit?

In arena, whats the cap for push the limit? Is it 40% of 100 wich is 40% ? Or is it 100 like glasscanon?

PVP Caps

Regen cap = 8000 . Old cap was 12000. In PvE it was 30k but now 20k which means from 12k to 8k in PvP . Also Regen affix values are halved but the Regen is fast, like 1-2 second fast instead of 5 seconds. Weaken cap was once 24% but old cap in PvE used to be 60%. Now cap is 200% in PvE. PvP cap would have become around 48% . Is the 48% weaken worth it in PvP. Not really atm and I can’t be directly too sure on these caps . The resists cap is now 200% in PvE for things like Stun resist. Old cap …

You see this is exactly why i ask my question. In ur link, seems like pvp glasscanon is at 40% but i tested it and its 100%

I feel like push limit and barbarian is the same. Ill test it on my own thanks
