Eternal Legends are obtained from either:
Legends drops that has a chance to turn into Eternal Legend(Chance).
Equipping gears with Eternalized(Increased chance of acquiring Eternal) set affix.
Beating 1 Mythical Tier Monster will reward you a random Eternal Legend.
I just got my eternalized Lance today and got 0 eternal after using it. Prior to using it I got 2 that weren’t that great. RNG
