Where to find vacuus scipio?

What floor can I loot this bow aside from crafting it? I just used 2k dust for nadroji necklace so I have no choice but to farm for the bow.

Epic, Legend and Eternal Legend Enemies are Powerful enemies. Thus, only defeating such enemies do you gain a chance for these rare Legends to drop. Nadroji set should bump up the chances of you obtaining them further. No promises though that the next rare Legends you will get will be the Vacuus Scipio.

also check the LegendEx. some Items have more than one requirement to be found. for example…

floor 500+ on Fire Maps of Mythic 1+ difficulty by Powerful enemies. or something like that.
