Which is which? A little confusion in creating better items

Should I delete the affixes/options in my legendary gear and make it mythic or should I just put mythstones in normal items( with sockets ofcourse.) ?

Well,

-do you really like mythics?
-does your weapon have a slow attack speed?
-is it awesome?

If yes to all 3 then mythics would be best.
