Crystal Legend Block

I know that you can only give the Block Crystal affix to OH with Obsidian. But can the non-OH Warrior items that have Block Affixes drop with the Crystal Affix?

As long as it’s an OH weapon, it’s possible to get Block on it.

So the Warrior Helm Revenge cannot drop with it? well there goes my reasons to find an Eternal OH.

When a crystal item drops, any affix with a crystal version has a chance to become the crystal affix I think. I have a crystal rogue helm with block as the crystal affix.

Edit: Actually I Jaspered that to rogue, it was warriors Revenge helm. So to answer the original question, yes.
