Why cannot be crafted? What should I do with this ? The only better start is 185% dmg.
Yeah all Eternal legendaries are non craftable by default. You could save it for a Mayhem / proc build, otherwise I’m not sure what else use there would be for it 
use eternalized then farm for a chance to get eternalized vacuus
