Legend Design Contest - Patch 1.7

The following is a list of all the affixes that will be implemented as of Patch 1.7. Now that the Rogue is out and the game has been re-balanced, the goal of this design contest is to create Legends that empower Underused items or builds. Good Luck :smile:

[li]If you choose either chest, head, ring, or amulet, you must also choose a Talent, or choose “Random Talent”[/li]
[li]Legends that encourage underused items or builds will have a greater chance of being chosen[/li]
[li]Legends that just stack all the damage increase affixes will have a lower chance of being chosen[/li]
[li]If you come up with a new affix, you must fully describe it.[/li]

Description :

An item which could increase a lot the aoe for wizards, using the new legend affixe “elemental explode” and so making a good combo with magnify and the differents affixes.
This item is kinda balanced because it doesn’t add overpowered damage (only elemental dmg%).

This Undying’s set is meant to be a set for ‘crowd-sourcing’ alternative for wizard by boosting the amount of the legion and buff em enough to withstand even a strongest blow, and the player can easily harras the taunted mobs with twister(s).

Twister + Storm proc + Torrent proc, nice idea, would use it if using this kind of build :smile:
