It said in the description that the Extra Attack Chance and Multi Attack of the Primary and Special Skills will be swapped.
But it doesn’t really swap. Isn’t it implemented yet???

But not all of their stats like Extra attack Chance interact with special attacks.
a storm cannot be multi casted, as well as whirlingblades but i know that throwsword interacts with EAC.
ask those who have used discordance on how to use it effectively, there was a rumor that this mythic enabled players to hike up to 1k
I use Wizard Sword. It should be able to multi attack orb. But it doesn’t work for me.
