I take it that you are using a new device and your previous purchases are not working?
Have you tried going to Options > Social/IAP > Restore Purchases ?
If this works, let us know, and if it doesn’t work, a Dev will be with you as soon as they can.
Exactly what Golem said…but in reality you have 2.14 BILLION dust…which is impossible. the reason your stash is locked is because you have a hacked version of our game.

anon20642048@ it looks like you don’t have a bug, but if you want to fix your account, you need to NOT USE a ‘hacked version’ of Dungeon Quest, as mentioned by @tdaniel .
on a personal note, I think it takes a lot of moxie to ask a Developer of a game to make the hack of their game you are using even better at the Developers expense.
on a side note, it has been a very long time since I’ve seen the Ban 
wielded with such skill by a Dev! 
If YOU don’t have 400000billion dust…no one would have that much 
well, I’m always trying out new ideas… which costs Gold, Dust, and Time. so I’ll be storing up Dust, and then spending a lot of it on Items for testing. and then when other players mention their ideas or ask questions about something I don’t know or can’t find in the Forums, that’s more testing and spending Dust.
I think there are a few players who have made their ‘Most Awesome Build’ and just play while building up lots of Gold & Dust without spending anything (until the next update that introduces more Items with new Sets and affixes).
