How rare is the Affix MP Reduce? I’m asking because I’ve spent over 600 crystals and still haven’t managed to get it. What are the chances of it dropping? Are there any other requirements? This is crazy.

That’s right, I’ve come to consider this affix the rarest in the game, and I must say I still haven’t managed to get it haha.
It can only appear on weapons (MH and OH)

not only does it only appear on MH & OH, it only affects the skills of the weapon it is on.
it can stack with +25% Resource Reduction. 1 x 0.6 x 0.75 = 0.45 or +55% Reduction.
I did some tests and found out it works with BloodMagic. 1 x 2 x 0.6 = x1.2 Resource instead of x2 with only BloodMagic.
Edit: pulled out my calculator and now I’m thinking of a BloodMagic build that can do better than my Noob BloodMagic Build from back in the day. thanks for the ideas, everyone!

I’m trying to get the MP reduce for this item.
I’ve rolled it with Angelite, Sapphire, and Topaz. if MP Reduce is the only Epic affix, you should be able to roll it with Larimar also.
it will show as +40% MP Reduce (the % might be lower, but that can be fixed with Fluorite).
it can really suck when you roll all the other Epic affixes 10+ times before you get the one you want.
