you can use Obsidian to change Crystal affix values.
you need one blank space to do this.
if its crystal affix, u can just use obsidian again on the item if its not perfect then choose any stat that will appear it wont change block/dodge but makes it perfect
Block . Max cap for block crystal?
I’m short in obsidian right now 20 pcs only . Is there any way to get crystal block?
60% max for block ig and u can go 75% with epiphany, not sure.
i surrendered getting max block on my war toon. hard to roll from crystals in my end
Crystal Block is +45%.
Block cap is +60%
with Epiphany (5) cap is +75%
Block can only be rolled with Crystals on Off Hand Items.
Warrior Class has a few Items with Block affix (except for Amulet), plus using Shield OH Item gives a +10% Block. There is a 100% Block Build for Warriors.
