Is it important to have + all set in pvp build? Or is it better to have ED affix or other.
if you have 7 different Set affixes on your PVP build, and you have two +2 All Sets (which gives you +2 All Sets in PVP), all of your Set affixes will be Set Rank 3.
I’ve made Epic affix only PVP Builds that did pretty good (got up to Eternal League with a few of them).
basically, it depends on what your PVP Build needs. if you need them, then they are useful.

It really opens up options when it comes to builds, and is a very powerfull adition to most any build.
