it changes main hand weapon or off hand weapon’s special skill to a new skill (you’ll have 3 options to choose from).

You tap on the Amber, then tap on Apply. Then you choose the weapon of your choice which you want to change the special skill. Tap Apply again. Choose from one of the three special skills. If you are lucky, you will get what you want. If not, re-use Amber again until you get your desired skill.

How to craft amber?
Amber can be obtained through it dropping or from converting lower tier crystals up until younger it
