Yesterday I purchased the special offer (included Angles and demons packs and 2 slots ) but didn’t get Angles and demons packs, I received only two additional hero slots after upload my account to DQ cloud.
Here is recipt from google to hopefully get this resolved quicker.

Click the vanity tab under the pet tab. There you can select the specific slots and choose from the sets you have.
Thanks Fodder, I can now see these items 
. But I also recognize that these items are useless in combat -_-, for decorating only.
Yup vanity is only for decorations
Don’t you want to be pretty? 
Buying gear would be too much of an edge.
