There are no rare rolls but there are impossible rolls. For example, Block can only be rolled on OH.

Spellsword can’t be rolled on a wizard item
Battlemage can’t be rolled on a warrior item
WeaponDMG+/% can’t be rolled on pet, gear and jewelry

You cannot. Weapons can only get the skill affixes of their default skills.

I was like maybe just unlucky. then I converted some higher lvl crystal to sapphire and tried still didn’t get it. like now I gotta ask to be sure XD my last option was using elixer on it but I wanted to make a farming gear
and not really optimize to just used 1 high lvl mythstone for a epic affix substitution.
So on crystal crafting.
Crytal Block is to be crafted only on OH
and MH weapon cannot gain OH weapon + skills
Some set cannot be attained via Ametyst
Crystalline
Mythical
Nadroji
Eternalized
Some Legends cannot be attained via Ruby
Weapon DMG%
ED%
Pickup Radius
Mythology
Stun Immune
Blind Immune
Fear Immune
All Skills

AFAIR about 1.8, you’re right on them all, tester 100 tries to confirm this list and it’s right (or I just wasn’t enough lucky to get one of these ones)

If I get Fustigate at 40 I have 60% chance to stun.
If I get paralysis will it add up? or capped at 60%
same with 40 toss it has +40%bleed chance
if I get bleed chance affix I get +10% so total is 50%?
I mean that talent and skill share the same as the capped of the affix.
-Does crit and crit damage carry over to summoned minions?
-Do summoned minions trigger proc effects?
-Do summoned minions get leech effects?
-Does my armor apply to my summoned minions?
-What is summoned minion damage based on? MH dmg? OH dmg? Overall damage? Attack speed? Average DPS?
-Do summoned minions acquire my bleed chance?

Summons are reworked the next patch, they will get more effects, like “Minion knockback, stun, and frozen effects are now hooked up”, etc etc =)
This actually means they can be stunned ans stuff now. A lot of Minion bugs are being fixed.
Ikr, that was just supposed to show that minions will be fixed and will be more accurate and was too lazy to answer the rest of the questions, but you can do it
