What does this mean 74/60
My attack speed is higher than the max attack speed… Can i still get the 74 or just 60 and the excessive 14% will not be added?
The cap of attack speed is 60%.
You must have epiphany in your build which gives 25% more on your cap. So 75% in total.
With epiphany, you can have 74.4% attack speed increases. Only 60% gain maximum if without epiphany

Thank you sir and I’m sorry I forgot to say that I’m using epiphany on my build
i know you have epiphany on your build. The number shows in the front (74.4%) is what you gain currently.
Even you have 200% attack speed gain from your build, it only shows 75% ( 60% original with 25% more from epiphany)
