The aforementioned nature gives 15 plain resistance (practically useless) instead of 15% bonus.
I thought that bug was also with the talent. I remember blessed nature working before.
Also another bug, Protection Nature doesn’t work at all for giving extra AR%. Both blessed (the nature) and Protection Nature bugged. Is the blessed talent working? I’m not sure.
