My question is that:
Does a Bloodmagic makes a huge damage with Barbarian affix?
Barbarian takes 50% of your total resource, since blood magic makes hp your resource, barbarian will take 50% of your hp.
But yes, you’ll get you 50% damage increase

also, the problem with using Blood Magic is getting damage consistently. you only get extra damage when your HP is lowered. it already doubles your Spell costs, and with Barbarian lowering your HP, you can get into trouble fast.
best way is to have an affix that lowers your spell costs, and use Masochism to keep your Health at around 50%, so your Blood Magic can do around +100% damage most of the time. the Masochism (5) is +37.5% damage when HP is under 75%.
