Bout explosive on ice build

Do i need an explosive 400% (ruby) on ice build?
This is the first time i want to use ice for pve
I wanna make an upgrade to @Jin_Sange build,he was made greenflash(Quicksilver) with poison, and i wanna put ice elemen to fill it
I got an eternal Voute,and i wanna make a ninja scoundriel,blinkbloom

I think Frozen set is enought to create a huge amount of damage with explosion. :+1:
Keep your empty stack to optimize ice damage or frostbiting :thinking:
I have a Frozen build with chakram (Rogue) and with Horn (Runner warrior) and it works very well. The advantage with Warrior as second character that they follow you at 1 yard with sprint. You move with your main hero and your warrior follow you to Make a mark on floor where the enemies freeze and die in explosion.

I use the same mechanic with a fire runner and a poison runner. :+1: Easy farm with drop/exp items on main character

No need for that affix, frozen is enough just add elemental critical. You can also add nova mythic.

when using Explosion affix with Ice & Frostbiting, you want an attack with a high attack frequency and/or Cool Down, or high attack speed with Multi Attack & EAC.
