Can I roll Legend affix Barbarian with Ruby?

The wiki says I can roll but not loot? Im confused

You are not able to roll it with Ruby.

You can by using diamond but not ruby. First max the level of your item using peridot then max its quality using emerald and then roll it using diamond. Goodluck

What do you mean by that? Maybe thats for perfect rolls

Yeah, you can max it using Diamond to re-roll it, but that’s only after you have an item with it on already. You can’t add it via ruby.

Thanks @SteigerBox. Both the fan wiki and the excel file that is downloaded from Skaul’s tips say that it can be rolled but not looted. Hence my confusion. Thanks for clearing it up.
