Okay, here’s the problem, I bought a new slot before covid last year and the problem was I couldn’t create a new hero and just stopped playing altogether at that point.
I tried playing the game NOW and the problem was still there. Repurchasing just in case but google play just kept saying “You already own this item”. I check my game to create a hero hoping it solved the problem but the problem was still there.
I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me. Cheers!

have you tried going into Options > Social/IAP > Restore Purchases?
this might fix the problem and allow you to access your second character. if not, hopefully a Dev can help you get this problem sorted out.

Start Dungeon Quest
On the main menu press the Options Button
Press the Social/IAP button
Press the restore IAP button.
This should unlock your previously purchased slot for use
